Is their a possibility that mars could have an oil supply?

That depends if life ever existed on Mars since oil is a fossil fuel.Is their a possibility that mars could have an oil supply?
Scientists have found microsopic life on mars, so there is a small possiblity that there is oil. However, there isn't really any benefit to mining it. If you were thinking of a way to lower gas prices then that plan is out. A space ship burns about 500 gallons worth of gas in take off alone, and I don't think it could fit much more than 500 gallons in a tank to harvest. It would be a net loss. Not to mention there are probably microbes in the oil that may prove harmful to our engines. Is their a possibility that mars could have an oil supply?
no
