Is it true the majority of the worlds oil supply...?

Lies in syberia , Russia?

I hear the middle east is running out , and the next supply is either Alaska (* wildlife refuge *) or Syberia. Is it true the majority of the worlds oil supply...?
I heard the Black Sea is just loaded with oil. The first Middle Eastern country expected to run dry is Syria. Kind of explains why Syria is so desperate to maintain influence in Lebanon. Is it true the majority of the worlds oil supply...?
Russia does have a huge oil reserve underground (potentially the second largest), but its located under terrain that would be very costly to drill.

Right now Saudi Arabia (1), Canada (2) and Iran (3) have the largest oil reserves.

The Earth has plenty of oil underground and it would be impossible for us to consume all the worlds oil supply even if we wanted to.

The problem is not having be able to pump out enough oil to meet current demands and the cost building new refineries or drilling in areas that would be very costly would drive up prices.

Many countries like Saudi Arabia and Canada don't want to build new refineries, by limiting their oil output they are able to keep prices up.
Actually no. Between Alaska, shale oil and coal that can be converted the largest reserves are in the United States...however the whiny liberal hippie tree hugging losers keep blocking our use of our natural resources and would rather have us dependent on foreign oil.
The middle east, China and Venezuela have alot of oil.
