Will our supply of oil run out soon?

im talking bout gasoline, petroleum and stuffs like that....i need a scientifically accurate answer. Will our supply of oil run out soon?
Seeing as energy consumption is set to increase with LEDC development and more vehicle use, air-travel, space exploration and consumer electronics, fossil fuels are predicted (by some) to be in critical supply in as little as 50 years. I have heard 20 mentioned, but I think that's a little too soon. But hopefully by then there will be much more renewable energy used, such as the proposed wind farms in the UK, and solar power use is set to increase (and why not, as the sun's energy won't run out for a few billion years yet!)Will our supply of oil run out soon?
Nobody knows for sure. The supply IS finite, though, and some people think that we've hit the peak of production, and it can only fall off from here. But because of the imprecise nature of exploration, nobody knows without a shadow of a doubt exactly where and how much crude oil is left in the ground.

If you do some research, you can find quotes like ';in the 70's, we used the energy from 1 barrel of oil to extract 30 barrels, but now, that same amt. of energy can only extract 3-4 barrels, because the oil is in more remote places, or wells that are very deep, or almost played out.';. I suggest you look for those, and then make your own decision.
Nooooooooo.... not gonna happen.
yes eventually it will. in less than 50 years if we dont do something
no, but maybe if you do your own homework you'll find out
i thought it
