Canadian oil is sent mainly to the United States, as the companies who own the rights are for the most part American, and Canadians import most of the oil used here.Why do Canadians have such high gas prices when our country has a huge oil supply?
Canadian taxes are higher than the USA taxes. On the upside, those extra taxes pay for a universal health care system to which every Canadian is entitled to. Canadians don't have to remortgage their house to pay for major surgeries or a life-long supply of medication for long-term illnesses.Why do Canadians have such high gas prices when our country has a huge oil supply?
The reason is the same as why gas prices are high in Europe it's to pay for their socialized medicine.
may be canadians just wanted to conserve their oil supply....
gas prices is increasing every part of the world....
No offense, eh!.. but, to heck with Canada! Why do WE have such high gas prices if our country has a huge oil supply?
