What would happen if the world's oil supply run out?

I believe that this would happen in the next several years. Give me your thoughts what would happen if it did. Would you survive and how would you do it to survive?What would happen if the world's oil supply run out?
It will run out %26amp; this world, as we know it, will no longer function.


Horses, walking, riding bicycles, no planes, no transport, private or public. So no cars or transport as we know it.


I don't think there will be supermarkets as the goods will not be able to be transported to shops.


We will have markets again.


Mass unemployment will mean lots of crime. No Police cars to call on.


No central heating, air conditioners, less electricity.


To survive you would have to live somewhere warm, grow vegetables %26amp; be basically self-sufficient, with a simple life.


But then people will steal from you %26amp; even kill you, just for your food.


Our water will also be a problem as many resevoirs %26amp; dams will not function . Pumping stations do use fuel for their machinery.


I know this seems a bit over-the-top, but without oil %26amp; it's by-products our civilisation will honestly grind to a halt.


As for all the debt people are in [credit cards, mortgages, hire-purchase, loans ] that is another crisis, as people will have no jobs %26amp; will not be able to repay debt, so the economy will collapse.What would happen if the world's oil supply run out?
We would find another resource to tap into. Like utilising water, wind and sun power. And we'd be much healthier bike riding everywhere instead of driving.
we would live in a better world.we can then return to nuclear fuel which is much cleaner.
you have to walk to the supermarket.
The world is hundreds of years away from running out of oil. If the supply did run short, people would demand an end to the environmental radicals who keep us from simply drilling for more.
It might be a good thing maybe the damn warts would be over .. obesity wouldnt be a problem we would all have to do physical things .. ie. walk .. bicycle.. maybe we can save the earth after all.. OH yeah and the only ones who would really suffer are all the greedy JR ewings of the world
The world as we know it will end. If the human race didn't include so many politicians involved in the oil industry, we wouldn't have wasted so many years by not researching other resources. Everything we consume on a daily basis depends on oil. If it would run out today, you can throw away your P.C., Your car, your fridge, oven etc. Keep your guns cause your neighbor will do anything to get some of that canned food of yours!
Sure I would survive. We have no choice but to do so......the only difference is I would have to walk everywhere. I wouldnt spend as much money because I might be too lazy to walk to the stores ya know? Hopefully we have other modes of transportation that dont require gasoline by then. There use to be a time when we didnt rely so heavily on oil.....Maybe I could buy a horse to ride into town on! lol
we will all die because no more fuel means no more food being delivered to our stores.
I don't care if the government falls or implements more futile laws..I don't care if the government stalls baby I don't care at all. I don't care if they tear down trees or poison more of our dying seas baby I don't mind at all. I don't care if the culture crumbles or if religion stumbles oh yes I can hear them mumble baby I don't care at all.
The troops would all come home!
