First, Afghanistan ruled by the Taliban, so a pipeline to the oil rich Caspian Sea could be built through the country.





Second, Iraq ruled by Saddam Hussein. Iraq has the second largest supply of oil on the planet.





Next, Iran, ruled by a theocratic dictatorship. Iran has the third largest supply of oil on the planet.





North Korea, ruled by Kim Jong il, cruelest, most ruthless dictatorship in the world. North Korea does not have a massive supply of oil. US will not go to war with them.Is Bush planning on going after a ruthless dictator who does NOT have access to a massive oil supply?
