It seems many western nations including USA and China are after Africa's Black Gold. Not in the near future, unless they somehow manage to fix or get rid of all the corruption the money will never works its way down to the people that need it the most, and will not be re-invested in the country.Do you think profits from Africa's untapped oil supply will help those countries and their people?
